Finally

A story keeps milling around in my head and won't let me be. I did a mind map of the characters today (thanks to my Inspiration 8 program!), and I'm anxious to try one for major plot points tomorrow. Then I'm going to really dig into these characters, research setting, and in general have my ducks in a row and hope I'm not sick to death of the whole thing several months from now. I was hoping for a short story but I think it's another novel. Hello NaNo. :)

And I found another cool data base for marketing, which has me fired up about submitting again: Duotrope It has some unique features and is a work in progress. It shows great promise. Give it a try!

And I've signed up for the torture that is the summer 24-hour short story contest at Writer's Weekly..... I must be out of my mind. Last time I swore never again! Never didn't take long to get here. LOL!
