Vicarious Vacations

My sister has been on vacation. She takes great pictures. She goes to the kind of places I love, and she shares! I so need to get away from here for a while, but for now, this will have to do.

I've been fascinated by photography lately, I guess because I have siblings who are so good at it. That one is by my youngest sister. Here's cool one of a turtle, courtesy of my other sister who took her grandkids to the acquarium:

Ah, talent. I wish I could write. I have to make myself. Can you believe yesterday I woke up as hungry to write as I was for breakfast, but by the time I got to it, the hunger was gone and I fell asleep with the computer in my lap. I've been so paralyzed creatively lately it's almost scary. But I'm looking for the good things in life. The pictures show there's plenty of them. I will pull myself out of this funk. I promise me.
