Fill-The-Well Day
I am officially declaring Thursdays
Me Day
It sounds incredibly selfish, but I'm trying to get used to it.
What Me Day is not:
- It's not a day to feel unproductive.
- It's not a day to feel guilty.
- It's not a day to think I'm lazy.
- It's not a day to ban work.
- It's not a day to be completely frivolous (though frivolity and jocularity are encouraged).
- It's not a day for persistent negativity.
Me Day is:
- A day to wake up naturally, no alarm clock.
- A day to spend on the computer as much as I want, when I want.
- A day to read.
- A day to garden.
- A day on which my NowDoThis list is minimal
- A day when spur-of-the-moment activities are encouraged.
- A day to set goals, long- and short-term.
- A day to concentrate on being thankful
- A day to take long walks (with my camera).
- A day to brainstorm.
- A day to write.
- A day to connect with friends, family.
- A day to bake, cook, crochet.
- A day to be spiritual.
- A day to be a human be-ing instead of a human do-ing.
