Pondering...

I'm sitting here watching the tax forms print. And trying not to worry about how much it's costing me just to print the things. That's money the government wants! Goodness.

Not a productive train of thought. I am trying to worry less, have more faith.

So I decided to catch up on my Skateboard writing newsgroup and found this neat little thread posted at the end of March from a member who found it in a newsletter. That's as much attributing as I can do. It's a fun little exercise and if you get your friends to try it and share with you, you'll not only get to know them better, but you end up with such neat little sayings, fun to share and remember.

Here's the exercise:

Write your memoir in six words.

Mine: Love and contentment measure true wealth

What's your six-word memoir?

Ah, the circle of life... Housework has me swamped, my faith keeps me from drowning, and my boys--including the taller, older one--keep me laughing. Somewhere in there I have to write, read, teach and learn. Which then leaves me swamped with housework....
